YOU'RE INVITED TO THE 2022
The Roadshow is the one dedicated time a year Jumpsuiters get together to celebrate each other and the kickass work we've done. Each year, it's held in a different location – and this year, we're heading to Wisconsin!
Camp Wandawega hosts up to 50 people. While we'd love to have every contractor in our network, this year, we recommend RSVPing early, as beds will fill up on a first come first serve basis. Because beds are limited and this is our only time to spend quality face-time with each other, we politely ask that partners and children do not attend.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
The average weather in September in Wisconsin is between 60 and 74 degrees, so pack accordingly. There's a lake for swimming, trails for hiking, and you'll need to bring the basic necessities for showering/grooming. Wandawega will provide sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels. Feel free to bring your own coolers of beer, food, and snacks – but Jumpsuit will provide all food and beverages for every major meal. There are various grills around camp to be used by anyone at anytime.
WHAT'S THE AGENDA?
1-4pm: Arrival time
4-6pm: Explore camp (canoe, kayak, archery, axe throwing, billiards, etc.)
6-7:30pm: Welcome event and group dinner
8pm: BIG BIG FIRE and nominee recognition*
7-10am: Wake up at your leisure – grab coffee and breakfast
11am: Camp games begin
1-6pm: Chill time – do whatever you want, graze on food / snacks as needed
6-7:30pm: Group dinner
8pm: Roadshow Awards Celebration at the chapel
7-10am: Coffee and breakfast
*Nominees for Culture Awards will be determined prior to the Roadshow. The Culture Awards recognize the folks who have made a significant impact this year in: Having Integrity, Doing Kickass Work, Being Authentic, Taking Ownership, and Killing the Ego. One individual will also be recognized with the Founder's Award for their contribution to the overall business at large.
MAKING TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Every year, Jumpsuit covers the cost of the party – and contractors cover their own expenses for travel. (Write off!) Therefore, whether you carpool or fly is entirely up to you. Elkhorn, Wisconsin is about a 1 hour drive from Madison, WI and just under 2 hours from Chicago, IL. Feel free to use the #general Slack thread to coordinate travel plans.
This Could Be You!
